A major enquiry has been called for after a child was left on a bus recently in Queensland. Thankfully the toddler recovered and is now doing well. However, three-year-old Maliq Nicholas Floyd Namok-Malamoo died tragically in 2020, after being left on a bus in Cairns.
ABC News online reported there were 3 instances where children were left on childcare buses in 2021 and 17 instances in 2019, based on information provided by the Education Department.
